Add your choice of review platform.

How to add an integration

To add your review platform of choice:

  1.  Select the Integrations tab
  2.  Click on the review platform of your choice via the integrate button
  3.  Click Login and enter your account details to connect it to your dashboard

Customise your review page.

 How to personalise your page

To change your review page links:

  1.  Select the Review Link tab
  2.  Click Edit to change your Review Link URL if required (This will be the link that is directly shared with your customers)
  3. Click Edit to customise the link preview title (This will be visible on the tab title when a customer clicks the link)
  4.  Select Evaluation for Landing Page home. (This option will enable your review protection)

To edit your review page branding:

  1.  Click the pencil icon next to the placeholder logo
  2.  Select your chosen image and click upload add your logo (This is important for brand recognition and increase conversions)
  3.  Click the pencil icon next to the text to edit the message show to customers
  4.  Click the pencil icon under the stars to set your threshold between private and public reviews. (E.g. 4 stars will mean that only reviews with 4 stars and over are directed to leave a public review on your chosen platform, under 4 stars will allow customers to leave you direct private feedback)

To edit the negative feedback fom:

  1.  Click on the Edit button in the top left
  2.  Select Negative Feedback
  3.  Edit the text on the form and add your logo if required

Add your own custom automations

How to create automations when you update your CRM or have a new customer`

To create an automation:

  1.  Select the Automate tab (please not that automations are not accessible on safari browsers)
  2.  Select the data source you want to use which contains customer data (Choose from Google Sheets, Google Forms, Shopify and Stripe)
  3.  Click Install to add the automaton
  4.  Select the scenario you’d like to add and then click Continue
  5.  Click + Grant access and login to your chosen CRM platform
  6.  Click the Continue button

    Add widgets to your website

    Display your reviews in a custom widget on your site

    To create and add the widget:

    1.  Select the Widgets tab
    2.  Select a widget style from the menu (Choose from Carousel, Feed, Video, Pop-up and Badge)
    3.  Toggle Filters to customise how your widget appears
    4.  Copy the Script of the widget
    5.  Paste the code into your website’s module to display
    6. To hide a review click the Hide icon on the review within the Reviews tab

      Publish to social media

      Create a custom post and publish it directly to your social media platforms

      To create and share your review post:

      1.  Select the Settings tab and then select Social
      2.  Click Connect and login to your social media account
      3.  Customise your posts appearance with Brand colour and Background colour (Your choices will appear in the post preview)
      4. Edit the Text of the post using your own text along with our shortcodes buttons (Our shortcodes will pull through customer name, review source, review text and the review URL automatically)
      5. Click Save to enable this post template
      6. To publish a review click on the Share button on the review found in the Reviews Tab

        Enable review notifications

        Get notified everytime you have a new review to manage in your dashboard.

        To enable notifications and a reply inbox:

        1.  Select the Settings tab and then select Notifications from the menu
        2.  Toggle on Notifications and enter the email you’d like to recieve notifications
        3.  Enter an email address in the Replies field to allow customers to repsond to review requests sent via email

          How to quickly and easily manage your reviews and respond back to customers

          To enable notifications and a reply inbox:

          1.  Select the Reviews tab
          2.  Click on the Reply button to respond
          3.  Enter a custom message or use our AI Reply to respond with a comprehensive message that is related to the comments made in the review, matching sentiment and information stated by your customer’s review.

            Request reviews

            Send digital review requests to customers via our automated request system

            To send a new request:

            1.  Select the Get Reviews tab
            2.  Click on your request method from the options available (Choose from SMS, Email, Whatsapp or QR Code)
            3. Personalise your requests by editing the text fields in the Customise this message section and use of shortcodes to automatically fill in customer name and your review link (Make sure you change the sender name to your business name)
            4. Click Save template to store the message text for future use
            5.  (Optional) Toggle the Trigger reminder button to enable automatic chaser requests to your customer (You can edit the message body again to your own custom message)
            6. Enter your customer details manually or simply upload a CSV file with customer name and number / email in the Invite your customers section (Make sure you get consent from customers during checkout of their online purchase in order to contact them in accordance with GDPR)
            7. Click Request a review to send your custom review request
            8. Every request sent is then logged at the bottom of this section, enabling you to track who you’ve contacted
